Current-law status of the four Labour Codes

The four Labour Codes are now in the implementation phase. The Code on Wages, Industrial Relations Code and OSHWC Code were brought into force from 21 November 2025; Social Security commencement was completed through staged notifications. Final Central Rules for all four Code families were notified on 8 May 2026. Chapter pages below now surface the relevant current-law checkpoint without replacing State-specific or event-date analysis.
