Practical control
Separate historical entitlement under repealed legislation from current Code compliance. Record the event date, establishment coverage and applicable Central/State instrument.
All four Labour Codes now retain their existing canonical URLs while section and Central Rule pages include the full official text, section/rule-specific operative-clause analysis, thresholds, cross-references, examples and Q&A.
Code commencement instruments through 2025, final Central Rules notified 8 May 2026, and official Ministry/India Code sources checked 20 August 2026. State rules and later notifications remain jurisdiction-specific.
