How to use the 130-link register

  1. Identify establishment
    Factory, contract labour, migrant work, audio-visual, beedi/cigar or other covered category.
  2. Map Code section
    Start with the enabling OSHWC Code provision and appropriate-Government question.
  3. Open exact rule
    Read sub-rules, provisos, forms, schedules and fee tables in the Gazette.
  4. Retain proof
    Licence/return/form, portal receipt, register, notice and inspection evidence.

Example: A factory changes manager and also increases worker capacity. Do not choose one index link from the page title. Apply the manager-change rule, licence-amendment rule, fee/late-fee provisions and any plan or stability requirement triggered by the physical change, preserving separate acknowledgements.
