Adequate safety of employment of women in dangerous operations under section 44.- The State Government may declare, from time to time, by notification, the class 474 ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍राजस्‍थान‍राज-पत्र,‍जून‍30,‍2026‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍ ‍भाग‍4(ग) of establishments or factory and the standards for safeguarding of women in hazardous process or in dangerous operations.
