88. Renewal of license under the second proviso to sub-section (6) of section 74.- (1) Every employer shall apply electronically on the portal to the licensing authority for renewal of the license. (2) Every such application shall be submitted on the said portal at least 30 days prior to expiry of license period but not before 90 days of such expiry of license. (3) The fee chargeable for renewal of the license per year shall be the same as for the grant of license under rule 87: Provided that if the application for renewal is not received within the time specified in sub-rule (2), an additional fee of twenty five per cent, shall be payable for such renewal.
