15. Revocation of licence.- The Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitator, at any time before the expiry of the period for which the license has been granted or renewed, revoke the license on any of the following grounds:- (i) the licensee has obtained a license by fraud or mis-representation; or (ii) that there is a imminent danger to the life in the factory due to explosive or inflammable dust, gas or fumes, and effective measures in the opinion of the Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitator have not been taken to remove the danger: Provided that, before revoking any license, the licensee shall be given an opportunity of being heard.
