101. Site appraisal committee under section 83.- The State Government may by notification constitute a site appraisal committee to consider and to give recommendation on an application for grant of permission for the initial location of a factory involving a
582 राजस्थानराज-पत्र,जून30,2026 भाग4(ग) hazardous process or for the expansion of such factory. The occupier shall submit an application for site appraisal in PART-I of Form-33A for the purposes of section 83 and the site appraisal committee shall submit its recommendation in PART-II of Form 33A.
