78. Prohibition of employment of contract labour under clause (b) of sub-section
(2) of section 57.- If a question arises as to whether any activity of an establishment is a core activity or otherwise, the aggrieved party may make an application, to the Principal Secretary/Secretary, Labour Department, Government of Rajasthan giving reasons along with supporting documents.
