Current high-impact changes
The four-Code provision pages in the Gold-Standard release are built against the final 2026 Central Rules, not draft rules.

Publication rule
Source hierarchy is visible, not hidden. “Primary verified” means the precise official instrument/judgment is tied to the entry. “Gateway verified” means the Ministry officially lists the instrument but the exact static PDF has not been reconciled in this release. “Reported, not primary reconciled” is intentionally not treated as settled law.
