115. Procedure in appeal.- (1) an appeal presented under section 90 shall lie with the Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitator in cases where the order appealed against is an order passed by Inspector-cum-Facilitator and shall be accompanied by a copy of the order appealed against. (2) On receipt of the appeal, the Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitator shall fix a date for the hearing of the appeal within a month and shall give due notice of such date to the appellant and to the Inspector-cum-Facilitator whose order is appealed against, and after hearing both shall dispose off the appeal in writing.
