116. Persons defined to hold positions of supervision or management under section 91.- (1) The State Government may by notification specify the persons who hold positions of supervision or management or are employed in a confidential position in a factory under clause (a) sub-section (1) of section 91. (2) The State Government may by notification specify, in respect of any worker or class of workers in any establishment or class of establishment, for providing the exemption, extent of 604 ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍राजस्‍थान‍राज-पत्र,‍जून‍30,‍2026‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍ ‍भाग‍4(ग) exemption and conditions subject to which such exemption may be given under clause (b) sub-section (1) of section 91.
