Hazardous processes, exposure limits and occupational diseases.
The three Schedules to the OSHWC Code work together: Schedule 1 names the industries treated as involving hazardous processes (triggering the Code’s enhanced safety-committee and disclosure obligations), Schedule 2 sets the permissible exposure levels for specific chemical substances in the work environment, and Schedule 3 lists the occupational diseases an employer and medical practitioner must notify to the authority on diagnosis.
