First-aid, ambulance, mine medical equipment and prescribed forms.
These Annexures to the OSHWC Central Rules prescribe the physical and administrative infrastructure an establishment must maintain under the Code — the mandated contents of a first-aid box, the equipment required in an ambulance room, and mine medical-facility and form specifications — and are inspected directly against these lists rather than a paraphrase of them.
