Code schedules

Page contents

Standing-order subjects, unfair labour practices and service changes requiring notice.

The Industrial Relations Code’s Schedules give operative content to obligations stated only in outline in the Code’s main text: the First Schedule lists the matters an establishment’s standing orders must cover, the Second Schedule defines unfair labour practices (by employers and by workers/unions) that attract specific consequences, and the remaining Schedules cover service changes requiring advance notice and related procedural matters.
