A legal conclusion is current only when the applicable Code or legacy Act, commencement, Rule or Scheme, State instrument, judicial treatment and portal procedure are read for the same event date.

Currentness decision
- Fix the event, transaction or dispute date.
- Identify the appropriate Government and territorial/sector jurisdiction.
- Confirm commencement, amendment, repeal and savings for that date.
- Read the applicable Rule, Scheme, notification, authority order and State instrument.
- Check binding judicial treatment and the portal process used to execute the legal obligation.
Publication controls
- No State threshold is inferred from another jurisdiction.
- No current entitlement is inferred from portal acceptance alone.
- No legacy judgment is applied without a transition and later-treatment check.
- No approved draft instrument is described as notified law.
- Evidence-dependent pages remain noindex and outside the sitemap.
- Every date-sensitive proposition carries an official-source route and review trigger.
