Item-wise register

  1. Item 1

    Wages, including period and mode of payment.

  2. Item 2

    Employer contribution to provident/pension or worker-benefit fund.

  3. Item 3

    Compensatory and other allowances.

  4. Item 4

    Hours of work and rest intervals.

  5. Item 5

    Leave with wages and holidays.

  6. Item 6

    Starting, alteration or discontinuance of shift working outside standing orders.

  7. Item 7

    Classification by grades.

  8. Item 8

    Withdrawal of customary concession/privilege or change in usage.

  9. Item 9

    New or altered discipline rules outside standing orders.

  10. Item 10

    Rationalisation, standardisation or technical improvement likely to cause retrenchment.

  11. Item 11

    Non-casual increase or reduction in workforce by occupation, process, department or shift, outside uncontrollable circumstances.

Map each item to policy, standing order, proposed change or conduct decision.

Evidence

Preserve employee/union communication, comparison, consultation, notice and decision record.

Amendment control

Section 101 permits Central notification changes; monitor the Ministry/Gazette.
