Use the official item list and required quantities rather than a generic vendor kit.
Allocate items by location, shift, hazard and response time.
Inspect seals, expiry, calibration and replenishment on a documented schedule.
Train responsible persons and test emergency access.
Retain purchase, inspection, use and replacement evidence.
