25. Choosing of representatives of workers of the industrial establishment or undertaking for issuing notice by certifying officer where there is no Trade Union under clause (ii) of sub-section (5) of section 30.— (1) Where there is no such Trade Union as is referred to in clause (i) of said sub- section (5)of section 30, then, the certifying officer or any authorized officer in his behalf, shall call a meeting of the workers to elect three representatives, to whom he shall, upon, their being elected issue notice with a copy of the standing order or modification, as the case may be requiring comments, if any, which the workers may desire to make to the draft standing orders to be submitted within fifteen days from the receipt of the notice. (2) Trade Union or negotiating union or constituent of negotiating council shall be given a copy of the draft standing orders or modification, as the case may be, in English as well as the translation thereof in the Hindi seeking their 72 बहार गजट (असाधारण), 1 जुलाई 2026 comments, if any, within fifteen days from the date of the receipt of the notice.
