The Company has complied with the applicable provisions relating to the constitution of the Internal Committee under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. During the year:
(a) complaints of sexual harassment received: [ ];

(c) cases pending for more than ninety days: [ ].
Drafting note: reconcile these figures with the signed Committee annual report, case register, District Officer submission and SHe-Box data. Adapt the wording to the current Companies (Accounts) Rules and the company's reporting facts.
