Rule 163 — Governs training centre and the rights, duties, powers or procedure expressly stated in this rule. - (3) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rule (1) and sub-rule (2), the Chief Inspector-cum- Facilitator may approve in writing, subject to such conditions as may be specified therein, a training centre established under any other law for the time being in force subject to having such infrastructure and facilities as specified by the Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitator through general or special order issued…

committee constituted by the Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitator through general or special order issued
