Section 7 — Appeal against order of Reserve Bank

An aggrieved CIC may appeal rejection or cancellation within 30 days of communication. The appeal lies to the Central Government or designated authority/tribunal under the Rules. Rules 3–17 prescribe appellate authority, memorandum, documents, reply, hearing and communication of order.
