What this section provides

Gives effect to the consequential amendments listed in the Schedule. The Schedule modifies secrecy/disclosure provisions in multiple financial-sector statutes so CICRA-authorised credit-information disclosure can operate coherently. For legacy statutes, the Schedule should be read with current renamed/repealed successor provisions where applicable.
