Section 32 — Power of Reserve Bank to exempt in certain cases

Section 32 vests the exemption power in the Central Government, exercisable by notification on the recommendation of RBI and subject to the statutory conditions. The notification must be read within its stated scope; the Act also contains the parliamentary-laying mechanism for delegated instruments.
