Online filing and tracking for industrial disputes, claims and related labour matters; the legacy system states that fresh Labour Code matters should use SAMADHAN 2.0.

Law-versus-system boundary: A portal filing does not cure wrong forum, limitation, defective service or absence of a statutory cause of action.
Fresh-filing route

The official legacy SAMADHAN system directs new Labour Code filings to SAMADHAN 2.0 and states that fresh registration and fresh case filing on the older route have been discontinued.

Finin2min Q&A

Does a successful upload prove legal compliance?

No. It proves system submission. Coverage, classification, due date, evidence and substantive entitlement remain governed by law.

What should be done during an outage?

Preserve timestamped screenshots, error text and helpdesk tickets; use any authorised alternate route and separately protect statutory limitation.
