When and how this form is used
The2022 amendment substitutes45 days in Rule17A, rather than the15 days printed in the2020 source. The example uses1 October2026 as the local/bank event date and20 October as intimation:19 elapsed days. Rule17A’s final-approval proviso is separately disclosed; the model does not certify that MHA has approved or made the FCRA change effective.
FC-6B updates the local nature/aims/objects/registration particulars. The22 June2026 amendment separately limits registration to stated Schedule purposes and States/UTs. Adding the social drinking-water purpose to an education-only FCRA certificate is an FC-6F scope application under Rule17B, with a governing-body resolution and prescribed fee. FC-6B alone does not authorise that new FC-funded activity.
Pre-amendment registered associations have the separate one-year Rule9(1B)(c) FC-6F intimation to specify retained purposes/States. That transition requirement must not be confused with a fresh local-objects change or the ordinary45-day Rule17A period.
The2025 attachment note requires actual relevant-authority approval and the prior governing-body resolution. Keep both the local-record and FCRA-approval tracks visible.
