What this section provides
Prescribes board leadership and management allocation between chairperson, managing director or whole-time director. At least 50% of directors must have specified domain knowledge or practical experience. RBI may supersede the board in specified public-interest or prudential circumstances and appoint an Administrator, subject to statutory safeguards.
