Central Advisory Board Rules, 2021 — current status
The Code on Wages (Central) Rules, 2026 expressly supersede the 2021 Central Advisory Board Rules, subject to the standard saving for things done or omitted before supersession.
Current operative layer
Use Rules 29–44 of the 2026 Central Rules for constitution, meetings, quorum, voting, proceedings, witnesses, tenure, allowances, staff, resignation, cessation and disqualification.
Historical layer
Use the 2021 Rules only for historical actions and transition analysis to the extent preserved by the supersession saving. Do not present them as the current standalone procedural code.
