Fictional Illustration Large Cap Fund, an open-ended domestic large-cap equity scheme, Direct Growth example dated 20 October 2026. This is not an actual mutual fund, registered scheme, public offer, track record or investment recommendation.

Fictional, unsigned completed illustration. It demonstrates this form’s fields; it is not a filed return, medical opinion, official order or proof of an actual transaction.

When and how this form is used

SAI includes constitution, sponsor/trustee/ AMC , service providers, legal/risk/valuation/tax information, investor rights and fund reporting. KIM summarises the particular scheme for the application. Neither is merely a duplicate SID download.

The completed model names every provider as a fictional role and gives no false registration, certified accounts or prior return. A first-scheme/no-history case must say N/A rather than invent a nil-performance record.

KIM terms reconcile to the paired SID : same objective/category,85/15 portfolio, Very High risk, Direct Growth, minimums, expenses and exit load. A different fee or allocation in a shorter document is a substantive disclosure error.

The current nomination annexure applies to mutual-fund folios as well as demat accounts. Do not reuse a superseded nomination rollout merely because it appears in an older master or FAQ.

Supporting records and reconciliation

Retain the actual records identified in each field block, approvals/authority, reporting-period reconciliation and genuine submission or delivery evidence. The fictional entries do not establish those underlying facts.

Worked calculation: Same NAV ₹100 crore/10 crore units=₹10. Allocation 85%+15%=100%. The model exit calculation₹1,100−₹11=₹1,089 is before investor-specific tax/levies.
