Fictional Illustration Large Cap Fund, an open-ended domestic large-cap equity scheme, Direct Growth example dated 20 October 2026. This is not an actual mutual fund, registered scheme, public offer, track record or investment recommendation.
Fictional, unsigned completed illustration. It demonstrates this form’s fields; it is not a filed return, medical opinion, official order or proof of an actual transaction.
When and how this form is used
The SID describes the particular scheme; SAI supplies fund-level statutory information; KIM is the concise application companion. The three must agree on category, objective, risk, allocation, charges and material facts.
The model uses a large-cap equity branch with 85%large-cap exposure, above the 80%category floor. It does not apply this range to an index fund, debt fund, ETF or specialized investment fund.
NAV is net assets divided by units. The sample’s₹1 crore liabilities already include accrued expenses; deducting the same fee again would understate NAV . TER is a separately disclosed assumed expense, not a universal legal rate.
Current Mutual Funds Regulations 2026 took effect 1 April 2026. The October 2026 Second Amendment and advertisement-code changes have deferred commencement; publication does not make their future terms operative on 21 October.
The application/allotment illustration must be adjusted for actual levies and cut-off/funds-realisation rules. It is not evidence of registration, an authentic offer, investment suitability or guaranteed redemption price.

Supporting records and reconciliation
Retain the actual records identified in each field block, approvals/authority, reporting-period reconciliation and genuine submission or delivery evidence. The fictional entries do not establish those underlying facts.
