FCRA FC-3A: completed first-registration application

When and how this form is used
Rule9 requires an existing association with reasonable activity ordinarily for three years and at least₹15 lakh core activity expenditure in its last three financial years, excluding administrative expenditure, subject to its specific legal exceptions. The Society’s March2018 establishment and₹18 lakh core amount meet the illustrated ordinary inputs; this does not guarantee registration.
The2026 Rule14A₹10 lakh FC-use test over two financial years concerns cancellation/renewal. It is not a replacement for the first-registration three-year/₹15 lakh test and cannot sensibly require a first applicant to have already received unauthorised FC.
The22 June2026 amendment adds purpose/State scope and detailed three-year projects, locations and expenditure. A broad educational label alone is not the complete current application. This model selects one Schedule purpose and Delhi;₹10,000 is the base fee, with no unmodelled extra scopes.
The26 May2025 amendment requires the full constitutional documents and specific accounts/activity/affidavit evidence. Where accounts do not separately identify core spending, supply the genuine CA reconciliation rather than inventing a qualifying total.
No foreign donation may be accepted merely because FC-3A or an SBI account has been prepared. Actual approval and its scope/conditions control receipt and utilisation.
