What this section provides

An inspecting officer under section 23 who is authorised by the Central Government may, during inspection of the accounts or records of a political party, person, organisation or association in connection with a contravention: call for information, require production or delivery of any document or thing useful or relevant to the inspection, and examine any person acquainted with the facts.
