Section 38 — Prohibition of acceptance of foreign contribution after conviction of certain offences

A person convicted of an offence under section 35 or 37 (so far as it relates to the acceptance or utilisation of foreign contribution) who is convicted of such an offence again may not accept any foreign contribution for five years from the date of the subsequent conviction.
