What this section provides

A person served with a prohibitory order under section 10 who pays, delivers, transfers or otherwise deals with the property in contravention of the order is punishable with imprisonment for up to three years, or fine, or both. The court may also impose an additional fine equal to the market value of the article, or the amount of the currency or security, or such part as it thinks fit.
