Rule 9A — Permission for receipt of foreign contribution under prior permission — instalment conditions

For a prior-permission case exceeding the notified threshold and released in instalments, second/subsequent instalments use FC-3BB and are tied to utilisation of at least 75% of the previous instalment and the prescribed field-inquiry framework.
