Section 45ZG — Priority of successive nominations. Inserted by the Banking Laws (Amendment) Act, 2025 with effect from 1 November 2025; successive nominations operate. In stated priority—first nominee if surviving, then lower nominees only after deaths of higher-priority nominees; if no order is stated, the written order of names controls; it does not apply to simultaneous deposit nominations.
