27. Statement to be accompanied with draft standing orders under sub-section (9) of section 30.— (a) The statement to be accompanied with a draft standing order shall contain, the particulars such as name of the industrial establishment or undertaking concerned, address, email address, contact number and the strength and details of workers employed therein including particulars of Trade Union, if any, to which such workers belong. (b) The statement to be accompanied with a draft modification in an existing standing order, shall contain the particulars of such standing order which is proposed to be modified along with a tabular statement containing details of each of the relevant provision of that standing order in force and the proposed modification therein and reasons therefor. (c) The statement referred to in sub-rules (1) and (2) shall be signed by a person authorized by the industrial establishment or undertaking. (d) The model standing orders, if modified, shall also apply to all the units of the industrial establishment or undertaking in the country.
