10. Recognition of Trade Union at State Level as per Section 27 (2) Code: (i) Where the State Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient that a Trade Union or Federation of Trade Unions to be recognised as State Level Trade Union, it may recognise such State Level Trade Unions or Federations of Trade Unions registered under the Code and which have presence in at least 1/3rd of the Districts in the State. (ii) The State Government may notify by general or special order, the criteria and method of verification and other incidental matters, for granting the status of State Level Trade Unions or Federations of Trade Unions. (iii) The Commissioner of Labour shall be the authority to decide any dispute arises in relation to the recognition
