57. Conduct of business of Central Board. — (1) All orders and other instruments shall be made and executed in the name of the Central Board and shall be authenticated by the person in the manner as the Central Board may specify. (2) All contracts and assurances of property shall be expressed to be made by the Central Board and shall be executed on behalf of the Central Board by the Commissioner.
