Section 61
Electronic or digital record cannot be denied admissibility merely because it is electronic; subject to Section 63, it has the same legal effect as any other document.
Section 62
Contents of an electronic record may be proved in accordance with Section 63, applying the general documentary-evidence procedure.
Section 63
Computer output (printed, stored or otherwise recorded electronic information) is deemed a document and admissible without further proof of the original if the section’s conditions are satisfied — the successor to the old Section 65B certificate regime.
