FORM HSNS DEC-01 on the Portal within seven days of the grant of registration.
(2) In case of any change in the parameters relevant for the computation of cess, or in case of installation, addition or
commencement of any machine or process, the registered person shall file a fresh declaration within fifteen days of such
change.
10. Verification of declaration. - (1) On receipt of the declaration filed under rule 9, the proper officer shall verify the
declaration within ninety days, which may, inter alia, include the-
(a) physical inspection of the factory;
(b) verification of the technical specifications of the machine in
First Amendment control: FORM HSNS DEC-01 was amended/revised by Notification 02/2026-HSNS Cess; use the amended field/instruction position, not an unamended principal-form copy.
