CURRENT GSTAT OPERATIONS

Appeal-filing transition — checked 27 July 2026

The official GSTAT website states that the last date for filing appeals under section 112 has been extended to 31 July 2026. GSTAT also provides an e-filing portal and Procedure Rules 2025. Separate GSTAT instructions dated 14 May 2026 state that the initial filing guidelines continue until 31 December 2026. Always apply the specific due-date notification to the communication date and appeal/application type.
