Documents and filing

The source’s premises-document list is expressly inapplicable to Central/State Government departments and the other stated Government bodies. This selected State department is not asked to produce a private-company lease or simulated incorporation certificate. Its actual DDO/TAN/authority must still be correctly verified in a real application.

How this form moves the matter forward

  1. Select the correct statutory registration event and applicant category.
  2. Reconcile every applicable identity, premises, authorisation, payment and period entry against the actual evidence.
  3. Use the prescribed form and authenticated portal/proceeding record; this completed fictional model is unsigned and cannot be filed as an issued document.

Evidence supporting these entries

Additional primary authority: Official CGST Act as on 11 June 2026:sections 24/25/27/29/45/51; entity and event-specific registration conditions.

Additional primary authority: April 2026 current CGST Rules, PDF pages 191–209:rules 8–26, including deferred 16A footnote 35, rule 24 closed migration period and current rule 25.

Period and legal consequences

REG-07 is for section 51/52 registration and is not REG-01. The 250000 test is contract value excluding the specified taxes, not a threshold on this single 100000 payment. On these intra-State facts 1% CGST plus 1% SGST totals 2000; ordinary supplier turnover registration tests do not replace section 51.
