Former INC-29: use current SPICe+ incorporation
INC-29 was the former integrated-incorporation route. Rule 36 and Form INC-29 were omitted from 1 January 2017 by G.S.R.1184(E). For a new incorporation use actual current SPICe+ /INC-32 and its applicable linked forms. This preserved guide shares the exact current INC-32 scenario and PDF; it does not invent a 2026 INC-29.
Which version and who acts?
Published G.S.R.42(E), 19 January 2023, effective 23 January 2023; fictional 2026 scenario. The April 2026 E-CHNG/E-CON consultation proposals are not treated as enacted forms.
Promoters, subscribers, proposed directors and the actually engaged professional complete and verify their respective declarations.

Check the dates, amounts and legal branch
- 6,000+4,000=10,000 shares; ₹60,000+₹40,000=₹1,00,000 subscribed capital, equal to the assumed authorised capital.
- Both promoters are subscribers and directors, so there are 2 people, not 4; pre-existing DINs must not be entered again as applications for new DINs.
- A draft Part A or Part B does not establish incorporation, an activated bank account, tax registration or commencement compliance. Actual acknowledgements/certificates and any section 10 A requirement are separate.
