CHG-10 label: use the actual CHG-1 delayed-registration route
The cited current Rule 4 prescribes CHG-1/CHG-9 for the Registrar’s belated charge-registration application. This retained search URL does not create a separate prescribed CHG-10 filing.
Which version and who acts?
Current Rule 4 as substituted in 2019, read with section 77 and the 2022 CHG-1 substitution. This example is a completed current CHG-1 branch, not an invented CHG-10 form.
Company and charge holder through the actual prescribed signatories and practising professional; Rule 13 provides the specified insolvency-office-holder branch where applicable.
G.S.R.664(E), physical pp 20–21 commencement and Rule 13; CHG-1 pp 21–28, company/instrument, property, holder, secured amount, terms and declarations.

Check the dates, amounts and legal branch
- 1 September +30 days =1 October 2026;21 October is 50 days after creation,20 days after the ordinary 30-day point.
- For this post 2019 charge the selected request is within the 60-day stage, ending 31 October 2026, subject to actual Registrar permission, sufficient cause and prescribed fees. The later statutory stage is not automatic.
- Current Rule 4 expressly uses CHG-1/CHG-9. Do not invent an extra CHG-10 upload or claim that CHG-8 can always revive an out-of-time new-charge creation.
Prepare, submit and retain the evidence
- Identify the actual creation date, applicable section 77 period and whether the charge is a debenture or other charge.
- Use the correct current CHG-1/CHG-9 and genuine non-prejudice declaration and evidence for the available late stage; obtain actual execution and pay the prescribed applicable fee.
- Retain actual Registrar registration/certificate evidence and update CHG-7; an old CHG-10 label or website specimen is no filing authority.
