13. Register for entering the name and other particulars of Trade Union under sub- section (3) of section 9 and Verification of application of the Trade Union under sub-section (5)(i) of section 9.— (1) The Registrar after issuing the certificate of registration shall register the name and other particulars of the Trade Union by entering in a register, to be maintained in Form-VII electronically for the purpose of sub-section (3) of section 9. (2) The certificate of registration of Trade Union issued by Registrar may be withdrawn or cancelled after the verification done by the concerned authority as notified by State Government for the purpose of sub-section (5)(i) of section 9. (3) For the purpose of verification of Trade Union the Registrar may use Aadhar Identification.
