Employees’ Enrolment Campaign, 2026

A time-bound route for employers to declare and enrol eligible employees left out of EPF coverage for the specified historic period. The official operational communication states that the campaign closes on 31 October 2026.

Decision test

  1. Confirm the employee falls within the campaign period and eligibility conditions.
  2. Confirm the employee is alive and continues to be engaged on the declaration date where required.
  3. Reconcile wage, joining, UAN, contractor and contribution records.
  4. Preserve declaration, payment, portal acknowledgement and employee communication.

Do not treat the campaign as a general waiver. Employee-share treatment, employer contribution, interest, charges and damages must be applied exactly as the notified Scheme and EPFO implementation process require.
